Basic prices (excl VAT)

Recording of (demo-)CD incl sound technician

• Recording per hour:  25 Euros
• Day rate: 200 Euros for 8 hours of studio recording
• Included free preparation & rehearsal the day before recording
• Recording of music and storing it in our database for one year: 50 Euros

Payment conditions

• 50% on accepting the assignment (in line with estimate).
• 50% or the saldo, cash upon receipt of the result.

Your booking is only definitive once we received your account of 50% at our bank, not later than 5 days prior to the first recording date. In case of annulment afterwards by force majeure, only a new appointment can be made.

Sound carrier/piece

• Quality CD-R: 3 Euros
• Premaster CD: 7 Euros

HOUSE RULES AT STUDIO SOUTHSIDE (Jan 2010)

Observing good agreements makes good friends. While mishaps happen and while time is expensive, following house rules are part of our agreement.

• DRINKS, FOOD and SMOKING are NOT allowed in the recording space and in the control room.
• The AGREED HOURS will be respected, and are the hours of entering and of leaving the recording space. They thus INCLUDE the setup and the clearing up of the equipment. Eventual prolonged use may be possible in mutual agreement, at € 25 per hour. (unless agreed on otherwise)
• Recording areas are a risky environment. All entrance therefore is at the own risk and responsibility of everyone, be it for persons, for their instruments or for the equipment. It is also useful to have your civil liability towards third parties (ILIASTER included) correctly insured thru an adapted family insurance policy.
• Consignation of instruments or equipment at the studio premises, outside the agreed agreements, happens also at the visitors own risk.
